When pinging a host, added sleep time between pings to spread them out more.

The text in upper right of the folder usage dialog did not always fit.
Some Volume meter Properties dialog text no longer fit in their control.
DPI scaling was not set correctly when FreeMeter launched on a display not set to 100%.
I cannot figure out how to get the correct height of the Volume Space meter when DPI scaling is being used (I get different results on different systems). The worst case seems to be that height is one row too short, so now, when DPI scaling, I always add 1 more row to try and compensate.
FreeMeter Professional:
The combined Physical & Virtual Memory graph meter was not tall enough when using the Large Font setting and displaying the process and thread counts.
When editing timers and using the "ping twice as often" option on the Ping timer and at least one host was down, the Ping timer setting would be set incorrectly (it would be halved every time).
Fix FreeMeter deadlocking when user interacts with it while the ping meter is updating. This bug was introduced in v2.40.0.
If there is not enough data yet to draw a meter, FreeMeter now says so in the meter area. Bar graphs require a single datapoint, but line graphs require two.
File Cache meter now shows units on the vertical scale.
When a Preferences setting changes that requires FreeMeter to be restarted, FreeMeter now asks if you want to restart FreeMeter rather than just quit FreeMeter.
Physical and virtual memory graph meters will now auto-scale the bottom of the graph as well as the top.
When it will fit, Virtual Memory graph label now shows "Virtual Mem" instead of just "Virtual".

You can now pause/unpause the ping meter by right-clicking it.
The ping meter now shows which host is currently being pinged by replacing its response time with "...".
